Do you remember this place? I featured this on my blog last year. This is ULTRA SUPER GREEN, a store that sells a variety of all-natural, GMO free, healthy, organic, and eco-friendly products located at Elizabeth Hall in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City. GUESS WHAT?! They just turned ONE! (Happy Anniversary!) During my first visit, the one-stop shop for everything organic and eco-friendly already houses a wide range of products from food to natural homecare products and personal needs. Look at their store now. There are a lot of new products that will surely make you forget about unhealthy food and snacks. Since I support local and love organic products, I couldn’t pass the chance to try some of their offerings. Would you like to see what’s in my shopping bag? My smartphone is my best friend. Whenever I’m out with family/friends or attending foodie meetups, I only use my smartphone to take pictures. Why wouldn’t I? They are way lighter than digital cameras especially those bulky DSLRs. Most importantly, smartphones ARE capable of taking amazing photos. Don’t believe me? Check my Instagram account. All the food photos you see there were taken using a smartphone.
Clari here! How’s your 2018 going so far? I know we’re only on day three but so far so good. Or maybe, I’m just feeling hopeful. Well, there’s definitely nothing wrong with that. People should never loose hope because it helps us go through life. In fact, my 2017 wasn’t that great. I was on an intense roller coaster ride but I managed because I never lost hope. Besides that, 2017 did bring a lot of great memories all thanks to the wonderful blogging opportunities and bloggers I met. I’ve been blogging for a while now but last year was when I took a step out of my comfort zone.
On November 19th, ClariSays.com officially turned four. We know we’re not SUPER DUPER active but we managed to attend more events this year compared to the previous. Not only that, but there are now two bloggers – Clari and Jean. You can know more about us here.
The TEAM visited and experienced the newest food park in Quezon City. PitStop Food Park is the first motor racing themed food park in the Metro. Yes, you read that right! PitStop flaunts a fun motor sport theme. In fact, even before you enter you’ll be greeted by a huge and colorful I ❤ PitStop upfront as well as stoplights and race banners. And if you look closely, you will even get a glimpse of their very own Formula One car. Cool, right?
I recently visited THE WANDER SPACE, a concept store and cafe in Maginhawa Street. I really enjoyed my visit and would love YOU to experience it as well. Before that, here’s a short video for you to enjoy.
The Food Lover’s Guide to Iron Cabana Food Park comes to an end. I hope you enjoyed the series especially the photos. If you haven’t read it though, here is the complete guide. As mentioned in my previous post, Iron Cabana Food Park is for people who want a detour from the norm. Besides great food, this hidden culinary playground also offers a great ambiance, privacy and entertainment during weekends and on special occasions.
Every first Saturday of May is Free Comic Book Day. So on May 6th I took some time off to visit Fully Booked and line up for some free comics. I usually visit the nearest Fully Booked branch but this year I decided to travel far. Why, you ask? Well, there are two main reasons.
What do you get when you eat green mangoes? A sour taste. But when you add in some flavor like a tablespoon of bagoong, you’ll be in for a big surprise.
When I started blogging in 2012, I had no idea what to write and what my goal was. Heck! I didn’t even know why I was blogging in the first place. Despite that, I still continued until mid 2013 when I finally decided to stop.
“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re Doing Something. So that’s my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody’s ever made before. Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life. Whatever it is you’re scared of doing, Do it. Make your mistakes, next year and forever.” ― Neil Gaiman
