Beauty is simple. It is everywhere. But how and when did beauty become so complex? While it’s true that people see differently, there is definitely beauty in everything. Perhaps people refuse to see that and mark imperfection as ugliness.
It’s a little saddening and disappointing to be honest. Why can’t people consider another angle? If you don’t appreciate something in eye level, then change the way you see things. Check and see if high angle or the extreme bird’s-eye view works better for you.
Once you change the way you see beauty, you’ll learn to see beauty in everything.
Which reminds me. Are you familiar with the hymn, All Things Bright and Beautiful written by Cecil Frances Alexander in 1848? I learned this in 1st grade except for the omitted verse. But here’s the version we were taught.
Refrain: All things bright and beautiful, All creatures great and small, All things wise and wonderful: The Lord God made them all. Each little flower that opens, Each little bird that sings, He made their glowing colors, He made their tiny wings. [Refrain] The purple headed mountains, The river running by, The sunset and the morning That brightens up the sky. [Refrain] The cold wind in the winter, The pleasant summer sun, The ripe fruits in the garden, He made them every one. [Refrain] The tall trees in the greenwood, The meadows where we play, The rushes by the water, To gather every day. [Refrain] He gave us eyes to see them, And lips that we might tell How great is God Almighty, Who has made all things well. [Refrain]
God gave us eyes to see the bright and beautiful things He created. All we need to do is appreciate and care for it. In this modern day and age, I bet we can do even more for instance, take pictures and share these wonderful creations.
I love taking pictures using my smartphone. With it, I am able to see various angles in different lights.
If you want to get high-quality images, smartphones like the Huawei P9 is a great choice. This device will change the way you see mobile photography as Huawei partnered with the famous German camera-maker, Leica. The P9 has a full HD 5.2-inch IPS display and a 12 MP dual-lens on the back. With this stunning dual-lens camera, whatever shot length or camera angle you take expect nothing but high-quality images.
So don’t be afraid to capture what you think is beautiful. Remember, life is full of beauty. Learn to notice it! 🙂
